Our law\nfirm&#039;s attorneys succeeded in defending the foreigner from criminal liability by arguing that\nhe had provided assistance to the Ukrainian military in opposition to the regime of the\nRussian Federation, which posed a danger to him. The forged Russian passport had been\nobtained and held in order to leave Russia and eliminate the threat to his life and health.<\/p><p data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"264\"><br \/>On June 25, 2025, the judgment of the Alytus District Court entered into force, terminating\nthe criminal case against our client.
